Skill Levels

Every topic on a score card is measured on the same seven-level scale.

Level	Term	Description
1	Follow	Completes routine tasks under close supervision
2	Assist	Provides assistance to others under limited supervision
3	Apply	Performs varied tasks using standardized methods and procedures
4	Enable	Performs complex activities that support and guide others
5	Ensure	Provides multi-team guidance and delivers significant outcomes
6	Initiate	Influences organizational decisions and policies
7	Strategy	Determines organizational vision, strategy, and overall direction

The same scale applies to every topic, so a level 4 means the same thing no matter which skill it describes.
