Score Card Basics

A score card is a large grid of numbers. It has no names, no employers, and no sentences from your CV.

What It Measures

Each entry on the card pairs a topic with a level. A topic is a skill or a working behavior; a level is how far you have taken it.

Why Numbers Only

Because the card carries no prose, it can be compared, stored, and searched without ever exposing what you actually wrote. It is also what lets us match against thousands of data points at once instead of keyword-guessing.

See Skill Levels for the seven levels.
