Do I Still Need a Résumé?

Yes. CV Heap does not replace your résumé.

Two Different Jobs

Your CV is the complete record. We use it to find the roles you actually fit.

Your résumé is a sales document. Once you have found a role worth applying for, a hiring manager still needs to see, quickly, why you are the right person for their opening.

The Good News

Writing the résumé is far easier when the full history already exists. You are selecting from a record instead of trying to remember one.
